1. General Daily Care Rules

• Keep indoor ventilation dry and avoid long-term humid or damp environments. Excessive humidity may cause wood expansion, deformation, mold, or rust on metal accessories.
• Avoid long-term direct sunlight exposure. Continuous ultraviolet radiation will cause fading, color difference, dry cracking, or surface aging of wooden, painted, and leather furniture.
• Place furniture on flat ground to prevent uneven stress, tilt, or structural deformation.
• Do not place over-heavy objects beyond the product load-bearing range to avoid board bending, collapse, or damage.
• Keep sharp objects away from the furniture surface to prevent scratches, cuts, and surface coating damage.

2. Wooden Furniture Maintenance

• Clean dust regularly with a clean, soft, dry cotton cloth. Do not use rough cloths to avoid scratching the surface paint layer.
• For stains, slightly dampen a soft cloth with clean water and wipe gently, then dry immediately to prevent water penetration into the wood.
• Do not place hot tableware, kettles, or high-temperature items directly on the wooden surface to avoid scald marks, blistering, or paint peeling.
• Avoid long-term water soaking or liquid accumulation. Water stains left for a long time will cause wood swelling, discoloration, and mildew.
• Do not use strong chemical cleaners, alcohol, disinfectants, or corrosive detergents, which will damage the surface coating and cause fading and aging.

3. Upholstered & Fabric Furniture Maintenance

• Clean surface dust regularly with a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush head to avoid dust accumulation and fiber clogging.
• For local stains, use a neutral, mild detergent with a soft cloth for partial wiping. Avoid vigorous scrubbing to prevent fabric pilling, fading, and fiber damage.
• Do not expose fabric furniture to strong sunlight for a long time to prevent fabric fading and fiber embrittlement.
• Keep sharp items, pet claws, and sharp decorations away to avoid fabric tearing and wire drawing.
• Avoid long-term compression of the same position for a long time; regular arrangement of cushions can effectively prevent local collapse and deformation.

4. Metal & Hardware Accessories Maintenance

• Wipe metal parts regularly with a dry soft cloth to keep dry and clean.
• Avoid long-term contact with water, humid air, sweat, and corrosive liquids to prevent oxidation, rust, and surface discoloration.
• Do not pull or squeeze hardware parts violently to avoid loosening, deformation, or functional failure.
• Check the tightness of screws and accessories regularly. If loose, tighten them appropriately to ensure structural stability.

5. Glass & Marble Surface Maintenance

• Clean glass and marble surfaces with a soft cloth and neutral cleaning agent, wipe dry to keep bright and clean.
• Avoid heavy impact and sharp scratching to prevent surface cracking, chipping, and abrasion.
• Do not place high-temperature objects directly on the marble surface to avoid scald marks and texture damage.

6. Daily Placement & Usage Tips

• Maintain a 5–10 cm gap between furniture and the wall to ensure air circulation and avoid moisture and mildew.
• Do not drag furniture forcibly when moving. Lift it gently to prevent leg damage, floor scratching, and structural loosening.
• Keep indoor temperature and humidity balanced to avoid drastic climate changes causing wood expansion and contraction deformation.

7. Maintenance Prohibitions (Affecting Warranty)

• Artificial collision, extrusion, fall, and violent disassembly without official authorization
• Improper use of corrosive, strong acid, strong alkali cleaning agents
• Long-term humid storage, water soaking, and no timely drying treatment
• Self-disassembly, modification, and secondary processing of furniture structure
• Damage caused by pet scratching, artificial cutting, and man-made pollution
